About WIELS

Founded as a non-profit art institution which opened its doors in 2007, WIELS functions a site dedicated to contemporary art, research and experimentation. In addition to hosting an international artist residency program, WIELS also facilitates complementary activities in order to bring together artists and curators from various geographies and stimulate an international network hub.
