SAHA supports Sena Başöz's new project at TAVROS Space, Locus Athens. Başöz will perform her performance titled Slalom, which she developed at Delfina Foundation in 2020 with the support of SAHA and in collaboration with Block Universe, on March 4 as part of the exhibition titled "There Is Nothing Inevitable About Time", which will be held between February 7 and May 7, 2022, on the issue of being in time, developing in three sections with constantly changing works in the process.
Commissioned by Block Universe Performance Art Festival, Delfina Foundation and SAHA, Slalom’s site-specific iteration for TAVROS is based on the PIOP Historical Archives that TAVROS houses. The archive consists of documents and statistics on the activities of financial institutions from all over Greece, documenting the development of Greece and its economy as a whole and by its sub-sectors, in the 20th century.
