SAHA Studio opens its doors on 25 May 2022 with the end-of-term presentations. The works of Eser Epözdemir, Berat Işık, Ali Miharbi, İz Öztat, and TUNCA, who have been conducting their research and productions in distinct mediums such as drawing, video, sculpture, and installation at SAHA Studio since October 2021, can be visited between 25 and 28 May 2022 from 12 to 7 pm.
The artists who were invited to the residency program by the selection committee, namely artist Gülsün Karamustafa, curator Özge Ersoy, and SAHA director and curator Çelenk Bafra, after being selected from the nominations by independent curators and the SAHA Studio alumni, are to impart conceptual and process-driven details of their respective works at talks and conversations within the scope of SAHA Studio Open, allowing the audiences to obtain further contextual insight regarding the works produced with SAHA’s support.
